Who we are

The Trust is the main provider of hospital and adult community services to the populations of Dudley. We operate from:

• Brierley Hill Health and Social Care Centre, DY5 1RU

Using this email service

The Trust works in partnership with Synertec Ltd to provide this email service.

You agree to use this email service only for lawful purposes. You must also use it in a way that doesn’t infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this site by anyone else.

We expect you to:

• have access to the internet and printing facilities. The Trust will not send hardcopies of correspondence in the post (if received as email).
• if requested, complete documentation prior to an appointment (received as an email attachment with appointment letter). It is your responsibility to print, complete and present the documentation at the time of appointment. The Trust will not send hardcopies of pre-appointment documentation in the post (if received as email).
• provide a correct email address.
• appropriately manage and maintain your registered email account.
• notify the Trust if you change / delete your registered email address. Details on how to do this will be included in all email correspondence received from us.
• notify the Trust if you wish to opt out of the patient email service. Details on how to do this will be included in all email correspondence received from us.

We update this site all the time. We can change or remove content at any time without notice.
