The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust allows you to receive letters for your appointments and / or healthcare (where applicable) via email.

To help us confirm your identity we use two-step verification. The details you enter on this page are checked against our patient administration system. If we can verify your details, and we have a mobile number for you, we will send you a verification code via SMS.

You can still use this email service but we will require authorisation from your next of kin. We will automatically attempt to find your next of kin's mobile number in our patient administration system and if found they will be sent a verification code via SMS.

You will need your NHS number to opt into this service. You can find your NHS number on letters previously received from the Trust; alternatively you can contact your GP.
